Research meets practice: Building collaborative partnerships in second language classrooms
How can researchers and practitioners work together collaboratively in second language classrooms? In this public lecture, I address this timely question by examining the challenges of researcher-practitioner collaboration and proposing evidence-based solutions drawn from my recent researcher-industry partnership projects. Participants will gain insights into the significance of evidence-based second language teaching and learning, strategies for fostering mutually beneficial and sustainable collaborations, and a practical model of researcher-practitioner partnership that benefits all stakeholders in second language research and practice.
